Help Men Seeking a Second Chance

Since 2011, we have partnered with countless local organizations to equip men enrolled in training programs with recycled suits for job interviews. In the last five years alone, we have provided suits to over 7,000 men. 

Studies show we have seven seconds to make a first impression. Therefore, our mission focuses on aligning a man's outer look with his inner character to help remove biases and enable him to move ahead in his job search. 

Our program gives men confidence and a professional look as they prepare for job interviews. We bridge a critical gap between the city’s job development programs that provide training, and the look needed to be considered for and obtain employment. 

Like many of the men we help, we are resilient. A building fire in 2016 cost us our home and almost forced us to close our doors. Fortunately, we were able to survive in large part to dozens of generous individuals and the City of Baltimore, which has provided us with a space to use the last few years. However, our current building is in desperate need of repairs that must be assessed while we are not occupying the space. This leaves us at a critical juncture: our mission is expanding but our future is filled with questions. Therefore, we desperately need your help in moving forward.
